By accessing or using the Look Unlock in-store fitting suite, website, or early-access visitor platform (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or request early access. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Private Beta Nature of the Service

The Service is provided as an early-stage private research and development beta. Features, model capabilities, availability, and data retention parameters may change, be suspended, or be terminated at any time without notice. The Service is provided strictly on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis with no uptime guarantee, service-level agreement (SLA), or warranty of continuous availability.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service solely for its intended purpose: visualizing garment fits on your own person. You agree not to:

• Upload or capture images of other individuals without their express, informed consent.
• Submit unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security features, access controls, or rate limits.
• Probe, scan, or reverse-engineer the underlying models, APIs, or infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service—including software, UI designs, wordmarks, telemetry pipelines, and generative workflows—are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY — TBD] or its licensors. Garment imagery and trademarks displayed belong to their respective retail brand partners.

You retain all rights to photos you take or upload. By using the virtual try-on feature, you grant us a strictly limited, revocable license to process your photo solely for the duration required to generate your try-on composite look and fulfill the automated 7-day retention lifecycle.

6. Disclaimers & Nature of Try-On Images

Look Unlock produces AI-generated synthetic approximations of garment drape and fit. While our models are engineered for realistic textile representation, variations in fabric stretch, stitching, lighting, and tailored sizing will occur. A generated try-on preview is an informative visual guide, not a guarantee of physical garment dimensions or tailor-fitted specifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [LEGAL ENTITY — TBD], its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service.
